وصف الوظيفة | Vacancies Kenana Engineering & Technical Services Co Kenana Engineering & Technical Services Company is looking for proactive & energetic candidates whom have the relevant educational background, competencies and experience to fill the following positions: 1 - Talent Learning & Development Sr. Officer 2 - Sr. Business Assurance Officer 3 - Sr. Structural Engineer 1 - Talent Learning & Development Sr. Officer Location: Khartoum Number of Vacancies: 1 Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement talent development solutions inclusive of performance management, organization and leadership development, change management and competency development - Support the company’s competency mapping and succession planning jointly with the Talent Acquisition and Retention Sr. Officer. - Acts as “point person” for talent management system – maintains and creates documentation, retrieves reports, modifies system as needed. - Maintains Performance Management policy/procedure manual, writing new content and updating as needed. - Delivers and/or facilitates management level training and team building events. - Provides counsel to management based on established guidelines. - Conducts research and provides reporting as needed. - Develop systems and processes to provide development and training for employees based on the competency mapping results. - Analyze and measure impact of training methodologies and processes on continual improvement efforts with other team members. - Utilize operational analysis, trending, benchmarking and metrics to identify operational needs. - Develop and deploy evaluations to measure training effectiveness and learning. - Research, procure and partner training suppliers for delivery of Leadership and Talent Development activities - Providing one to one assessment and coaching interventions for talent groups within business areas - Managing communications and promotional material for talent programs and leadership events - Any other duties required Minimum Qualification & Knowledge & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience - Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a same or similar capacity at large agricultural or industrial company Competencies: - Leadership skills - Problem solving skills - Ability to gain others’ support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions - Ability to gather and diagnose information - Ability to take charge and make decisions - Must be flexible, persuasive and tactful - Negotiation and communication skills - High tolerance and ability to work under pressure - Coordination and follow up skills - Bilingual ; Arabic & English - Computer literate To Apply: please click on the following e-mail: krecruitment000@gmail.com 2 - Sr. Business Assurance Officer Location: Khartoum Number of Vacancies: 1 Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Determine and establish quality standards related to services offered by the company through establishing ISO- Integrated Management System (IMS) concept and guidance - Carrying out the day-to-day operational aspects of the Quality Management System - Performing an annual review, as a minimum, of the Quality Assurance Program - Providing professional assistance, guidance, and training to Company and Projects staff in matters pertaining to quality as appropriate. - Ensure that Project Management Lessons Learned pertaining to quality are appropriately captured, analyzed and selectively distributed and disseminated to relevant projects teams and concerned Company functions. - Develop and perform Quality Management audit plans - Develop and issue Non-conformance Reports (NCRs) along with action plan for closure and notify management of quality/compliance trends and services failures - Facilitate the quality management review meetings. - Review company business process, project delivery processes & systems, collect and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements, and develop and implement initiatives to address those gaps and opportunities. And propose any improvement to optimizing company internal processes. - Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training - Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures. - Liaising with external auditors team and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with quality standards Minimum Qualification & Knowledge & Experience: - 2-3 years of experience in the field of quality management and business process management - BSC in Business administration or Engineering - Preferably, IRCA, PMP holder Competencies: - Proven experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) - Familiar with project management practices and processes - Good knowledge of quality management tool. - Proven experience in quality management audit - Proven experience of ISO_IMS frame work. - Proven experience in Business Excellency Model - Ability to drive the change and possess excellent communication skill in both Arabic and English. - Good experience in using Microsoft Visio - Good knowledge of document controlling - Ability to work under stress - Preferable has a working experience in a consultancy firm or projectile organization - Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics. To Apply: please click on the following e-mail: krecruitment000@gmail.com 3 - Sr. Structural Engineer Location: Khartoum Number Vacancies: 1 Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures (substructure and superstructure) in accordance with current international standards. - Good understanding of the sequence of design and review of designs. - Making design decisions and recommendations based on the project requirements. You must be able to effectively communicate with and direct the work of other engineers and drafters on your team to successfully meet project targets and deadlines - Extensive experience in structural analysis and design concept on a variety of projects inclusive of high-rise, residential and industrial. - Proficiency in utilizing of various civil/structural design, including, Revit Structure, ETABS, SAFE, SAP and STAAD. and MS Office package. - Good communication skills (in English language) are required in both spoken and writing form. - Broad scope knowledge of structural and civil designs and an understanding of industry codes, standards, and construction methods. - Material design experience, which may include experience in the use of structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and/or heavy timber. - Experience working on heavy industrial projects is an asset.
