A Leading Communication Co
A leading communication company based in Khartoum is looking to recruit candidates with the following qualification:
Operation/Project Manager
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· Plan, assign and direct the employees who are engaged in construction, installation, maintenance and operation of different telecommunications systems and support item
· Formulates technical, installation, corrective, preventative maintenance standards
· Inspect the quality of the equipment and undertake site inspection to determine if they are complying the company standards, rules and regulation
· Analyzes manpower requirements and makes suggestions accordingly
· Conduct and direct field test to ensure efficiency and durability of equipment
· Involve the planning, development and construction of new telecommunication sites and has to make sure that customers are satisfied and there is internal consistency
· Prepare specifications related to bids for equipment’s like towers, spectrum, test equipment, etc.
· Prepare the company budget and correspondence which deals with the telecom systems, operation and maintenance problems and cost estimates
Education and Qualification
· Must have a bachelor’s Civil Engineering. Master’s Degree would be plus
· Must have 5 years of experience in the field
Work Environment:
· Must be able to work independently and within a team
· Able to work in field environment
· Must be able to relocate and travel frequently.

Finance Manager
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the board members.
· Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded in accordance to standard international and national accepted accounting principles.
· Plan, organize, lead and control activities of subordinates relating to; General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Fixed Assets Register, Bank Reconciliations, Cash Flow, Financial budgeting & forecasting, and Use of computerized accounting systems
· Ensure reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts.
· Implement and maintain proper internal financial controls.
· Determines optimum buy-sell-hold position by forecasting returns, expenses, taxes.
· Ensure that financial and management reports, accounting journals, selected schedules, analysis of balance sheet and Income Statements are prepared and submitted on time reflecting accurate data.
· Ensure prompt payment of taxes, licenses, permits and any other legally required fees.
· Lead budgeting and forecasting process and ensure that CAPEX, OPEX and other fixed costs are properly forecasted and budgeted.
· Analyze business expenses and actively seek cost reduction opportunities across the spectrum.
· Engage in Retail / FMCG benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
· Build beneficial networks with suppliers, service providers, banks, and vendorsin order to enhance the interest of the business and to streamline workflow.
· Participate actively in management team and assist team members where needed.
Education and Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
· MBA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA would be plus.
· Minimum 5 years working experience as Finance Manager
· Must be able to work independently and within a team
